American fast food chain Subway is looking at being halal-certified in Singapore.
60 outlets have stopped sale of pork items
As of Jan. 31, 2018, Subway said that 60 of its outlets have already stopped selling pork.
Full list
A full list of these branches that have made the change has been posted on the Subway Facebook page.
The disclaimer said regular bacon has been replaced with chicken bacon.
However, the non-pork protein servicing restaurants are not halal certified.
