Perhaps not wanting to be left out in the wave of people rushing to Godiva for their one-for-one soft serve year-end promotion, popular (and also usually expensive) American ice cream brand Häagen Dazs on Tuesday afternoon introduced its own.

From now till New Year’s Eve, their double scoop ice cream in a cup is going at one-for-one prices (each costs $9.90 usually) at all their stores and kiosks across Singapore.

This means you'll be paying around $5 for two scoops of Häagen Dazs. 

You now have two options for ice cream on Friday and Saturday, you’re welcome and don’t say bojio.

Note that the promotion is only valid for take-aways, and at the following outlets:

• Great World City,
