If you lived through 2007 and didn't live under a rock, you would know of David Archuleta, the baby-faced runner-up from the seventh season of American Idol.
In case you forgot what he looks like, here's a photo of the 27-year-old singer (yes, zomg he is now 27).
Not much has been heard about Archuleta lately, except for an album he released in October this year.
But all these new songs have nothing on his debut single, "Crush", which swept practically every girl off their feet.
Viral lip-sync video
This probably includes Irny Irdina, a 17-year-old Singaporean who one-upped all other Archuleta fans by posting a hilarious video of herself lip-syncing to the song on Twitter.
Irny's video features herself lip-syncing both the main and backing vocals of the 2008 hit with the help of a mirror.

The tweet, posted on Wednesday, Dec. 6, garnered more than 164,000 retweets and more than 300,000 likes. Crazy.
Archuleta's version
This is where it gets super cool.

Two days later, on Friday, Dec. 8, Archuleta himself uploaded a video of himself lip-syncing to his song in Irny's fashion:

Although this was obviously his song, he gave props to Irny for pulling it off wayyy better than him.
You were so much better at this @irnyirdina, but I tried! 😂 teach me your waayaaayaaayaaayaays! 🙌🏼

And we can't help but agree.
But of course, Irny was nice enough to encourage and compliment a fellow Twitter celebrity:
Hey man I'm pretty sure you got it!! Especially with your on point facial expressions 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Hey Irny, if you feel like trying something more challenging, try Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody".
