Feud is between 2 women

According to a report from Shin Min Daily News on Aug. 29, the neighbours used to live harmoniously and were on good terms.

But their relationship took a turn for the worse.

One of women, Fu, 44, accused the other, Lin, 49, of various forms of harassment. These actions include hurling the door close, knocking at her door and dumping rubbish at her doorstep in the middle of the night.

Fu also claimed that she had to change her phone number to avoid Lin's senseless and disgusting messages.

However, Lin, who had installed closed-circuit cameras at her home, caught Fu on video splashing soapy water at her door. This incident is believed to have occurred on June 16, according to the video's time stamp.

Latest quarrel

During the latest incident on Aug. 27, Fu resorted to calling the police on Sunday night.

As seen from the video, Fu and Lin were engaged in a quarrel with a third unnamed woman.

Fu, who originally called the police, was arrested instead for disorderly behaviour, as she was uncooperative and shouted at the officers.
