In a video uploaded to the Singapore Uncensored Facebook page on Aug. 22, a security guard is filmed hurling abusive language over the phone.

Here's the video:

If you're saving data, here's what went down, roughly.

Security guard hurls insults in Tamil and Hokkien, claims to be from Ang Soon Tong

Ang Soon Tong is one of the secret societies in Malaysia and Singapore.

The man said in the video:

"P*nde, deh, p*nde, I give you place in Hougang, ah Punggol lah. Eh I die ah dey, eh Ang Soon Tong ah dey, KNNBCCB, Ang Soon Tong tam chuan(?) lah dey. Ah, okay. Headman of Ang Soon Tong you know? Okay you f*cking b*stard,  Now you come down to Punggol.

Salary issues

The context of the call is not completely clear, but the security guard mentioned about his salary and being the ex-worker of someone.

Eh b*stard , Eh b*stard. Eh, you, you come to Punggol.  you come to punggol then we talk. B*stard yesterday, the day before yesterday you also, you..you you also counting my salary with you right? I will call you. I will call you, I'm an ex-worker of you lah. please lah. Eh f*cking b*stard, now you want to see me you see me in Punggol. I give you the commission.

A little guesswork suggests that he is frustrated with problems regarding his salary.

The call escalates further

Presumably, the person at the other end of the line probably threatened to call the police, which led up to the following response:

You call, you call call, no problem no problem,  noooo worries, you call police see, see who will die, see who will die, you die or I  die, okay? Eh f*cking b*stard, you want to call police now, you call police now see who die you die or I die.

And security guy ended the call with the following line: "You meet me in Punggol now, 196."

Security guard arrested

After the video went viral on social media, The Straits Times reported on Aug. 30 that the 45-year-old condominium security guard had been arrested for being a member of an unlawful group.

He could face up to S$5,000 in fines or be jailed up to three years, or both.

Investigations are ongoing.
