A National University of Singapore engineering student recently got a bit of publicity for trying to get dates through a rather unorthodox way.

Basically, he set up a Google Forms sheet, and requested any potentially interested parties fill in their particulars there.

This is the form.

Cool.

Well, the legend himself responded on the NUS Whispers Facebook.

To his credit, he took the whole thing in his stride, and even shared some of the more memorable replies he got.
