Well, hold your horses, PM Lee Hsien Loong has just revealed the secret to not getting sued by him.

Here is what he had to say about the new-found exception.

"Many people have asked me why I am not taking legal action, to challenge the will, sue for defamation, or take some other legal action to put a stop to this and clear my name"

And in any other scenario, he would definitely have sued.

"In normal circumstance, in fact, in any other imaginable circumstance but this, I would surely sue"

But, PM has decided not to sue.

So, how did Lee Hsien Yang and Lee Wei Ling do it?

Here's how!

According to PM, suing his own brother and sister in court would further besmirch his parent's name.

"At the end of the day, we are brothers and sister, we are all our father's children."

The process will draw out for years, causing more distraction and distress to Singaporeans.

Therefore going to the courts cannot be his preferred choice.

So there you go, if you fulfil these criteria, you might not get sued for stating the PM, and the government, are abusing their powers.

1. Be directly related to the Prime Minister

2. Be his father's children.

3. Your court case will draw out for years and cause distraction and distress to Singaporeans.

Noice.
