2016 was a long and tough year for most of us.
And November 22 must have been a particularly long and tough day for some motorists, as a Singapore motorcyclist discovered.
Haiqel Adanan, who has a channel on YouTube with road safety videos and guides for motorcyclists, put up a clip of an experience recorded on his helmet camera that day.
He was queuing up to make a right-turn at a junction when he wondered why there was a hold-up, despite the green turning signal having come on.
Exemplarily, he didn't horn in anger or annoyance — instead, he weaved forward to investigate the matter:

Phew! He's awake, and alive, and well (albeit a bit groggy):

Indeed, if we all showed a little kindness, helpfulness and consideration on the road, we'll all be good.
