Why the change?

It is Singtel's first change in brand identity in 16 years. And it will make a promise to its customers - "Let's make everyday better".

Who designed the logo?

Singtel worked with its creative agency Ogilvy & Mather on the brand refresh.

What does the new logo mean?

The new logo is marked by a signature red arc that reflects innovation and the ongoing evolution of the business.

The "t" in Singtel is now lower case to "celebrate the company's heritage as a telco".

What does it mean for Singtel customers?

Singtel customers will enjoy "Better Thursdays" as part of the Singtel brand relaunch (from Jan 22. - Feb 19.)

Changes in appointment booking at Singtel shops - Customers can make an appointment booking online at all Singtel shops.

Changes in Customer care call-back time - Customers with queries can dial 1688 to book a time for Singtel customer service to call them back.

Improvement in waiting time -  Singtel customers can expect the technicians to arrive at their homes or offices within 30 minutes of their appointment times, instead of the current two hour window waiting period
