S'pore Kindness Movement reminds S'poreans via videos not to behave like awkward ungracious misfits

The Singapore Kindness Movement has put up a series of videos on YouTube to remind Singaporeans not to behave like awkward ungracious misfits, partly in response to the recent spate of incidents where people on this island have been caught on video having trouble keeping it together.

Called "Awkward Ah Seng", it seems to be targeted at the Chinese community specifically, well, because there is only one Chinese protagonist. If not, it is somehow expected of everyone to relate to this post-pubescent-looking Chinese man.
