This is despite the watch retailing for S$269 per piece.

Sales started at 10am at all G-Factory stores island-wide. Throughout the day, the watch sold out at one place after another.

And as with anything that can be bought, the NS50 Casio watch found its way to Carousell, where resellers were asking for more than S$300 for the watch to change hands.

One of the Carousell resellers claimed there were only 500 watches available.

NS50 vouchers can be used to offset the retail price.

The watch is based on the original model, the GX-56BB.
