Tickets are priced at S$298, S$258 and S$228 (standing) and S$258, S$228, S$188, S$148 (seated), excluding S$4 booking fees.
VIP packages are priced at S$708, S$958 and S$1898.
Tickets go on sale to the public on July 22 at 10am via www.sportshubtix.sg, the Singapore Indoor Stadium box office and all SingPost outlets.
The Asian leg of the tour is to promote Bieber's 2015 Purpose album.
He last played in Singapore in 2013 as part of the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix.
