Elderly woman in China nonchalantly runs lengths on monkey bars like she's in her 20s

The floor is old age.

Many of us are afraid of old age — rightfully so, given that illnesses and ailments are some of the common associations we have with ageing — but one old lady is breaking all those stereotypes.

In the video below, it starts out innocently enough — as if an elderly lady is just using a supermarket trolley to reach for the bars and some simple (albeit dangerous for the average someone-around-her-age) morning exercise, but it becomes an all out gung-ho display of her arm strength game.

You've got to see it to believe it:

FOUR full lengths later, she calmly descends and strikes a pose — almost as if she's dropping the mic on a guy who might have mistaken her for every other frail old lady:

Little else is known about the lady other than the fact that she's likely an 80-year-old from China.

Though a search along similar terms reveals other jaw-dropping feats by similarly aged ladies, such as this one, affectionately known as Grandma Wang, pulling off perfect splits in her 70s.

Similarly, she does some impressive feats with a chin-up bar:

We can safely say these ladies never saw age as an obstacle; they mastered them like the bars.
