Kids, please don't try this at home. Or even think about it.

Update, June 11, 2017, 8:56 pm: According to The Straits Times, the man has since been identified as a 35-year-old. He had also claimed that he was injured and demanded compensation from Loo, which Loo refused. The man was then arrested for committing a rash act. Earlier, the police were notified about a case involving a drunk man in the area.

Driver Terry Loo Peng Leong was driving down a road at Pasir Ris Farmway 2 when suddenly, he saw an approaching figure.

Nope, it wasn't a hitchhiker or someone crossing the road.

It was a man running straight to his car.

At 0:25 seconds of the video,  the man in yellow shorts attempted to jump onto the car, which backfired on him, as he landed with a thud on the windshield.

Was he attempting to jump over, parkour-style?

According to Loo on his Facebook post, he was allegedly running away from the police, and he was reportedly caught later.

While both the car and the man did not seem to take any serious physical damage, the man appeared to be rolling around in either pain or resignation in the second clip.

One thing's for sure, he took a chance - and didn't get so lucky.
