The incident happened on Thursday night, May 25, at 11.17pm.

A car parked below Block 965 Hougang Avenue 9 had a man inside who was allegedly unconscious and had his head on the wheel.

The car blocked the road and prevented cars from passing.

A police report was made as a result of a loud honking that can be heard throughout the video.

The man was later arrested for drink driving.
