Green Power Ranger spotted taking public transport like any S'porean would

Not everyday you get to see your childhood hero on the bus.

For many 90's kids, the Power Rangers series was a huge staple in their morning cartoon diet.

Understandably, many were amused to see a fully-suited Green Power Ranger cosplayer boarding the bus on the weekend, with luggage bags in tow, presumably headed for home or another location.

While there have been numerous seasons of different Power Rangers, the Might Morphin' Power Rangers has had a special place in pop-culture.

Actor Jason David Frank arguably brought coolness and fame to that particular Green Ranger, which is what this guy on public transport was portraying.

Regardless of how cool it looks, how warm these suits can be and the belongings he had to carry, it probably wasn't the most Mighty Morphin' experience on public transport.

He's not the first cosplayer on public transport either.

A number of cosplayers have been taking transport during days where conventions are being held in Singapore.

In 2016, a photo of a cosplayer portraying superhero Saitama from the hit series One Punch Man on the MRT went viral, since it was ironic as the character was known for having super-human abilities.

Well, a hero's gotta relax every now and then.
