Singaporean actors Pierre Png, Fiona Xie and Tan Kheng Hua are starring in the Crazy Rich Asians movie, studio Warner Bros. Pictures has officially confirmed.

Although these Singaporean actors are confirmed, no details are available on their roles.

Filming for Crazy Rich Asians has commenced on April 25 and will be shot entirely on location in Singapore and Malaysia.

The contemporary romantic comedy is directed by Jon M. Chu (Now You See Me 2, 2016).

It is based on Singapore-born Kevin Kwan's 2013 bestseller about wealthy families living in Singapore.
