12 Toa Payoh Lor 8 hawker food stalls you must try but don't push the elderly, please

By now, if you haven't heard of "Toa Payoh Lorong 8 hawker centre", you must be new to Singapore.

But even if you aren't, here is a list of food stalls at that hawker centre you can try out.

With 80 stalls in total, some open during the day, some at night, at least one throughout, you will be spoilt for choice because blame yourself for only having one stomach.

No pushing, please, though. There are enough seats if you share.

 

1. Guan Kee Kway Chap 01-24

A lot of old people in the queue during dinner. Confirmed good.

 

2. Jin Fu Hai Nan Chicken Rice 01-68

Look at those roasted chickens. Look at those.

Yes, it's that white bee hoon with a snaking queue. Opens from 3pm onwards until sold out. Sometimes before 7.30pm.

This shop is opened in the day and night. You can pick whatever yong tau foo ingredient you like. Nom
