A lot of things could be mistaken for trash cans.

Recycling bins are the most obvious examples.

But, some have also mistaken these things for trash cans.

The last example though could be chalked up to unfamiliarity with a foreign country.

Sadly, this particular incident does not offer that room for mistake.

This is an umbrella bagger.

This is particularly useful when coming out of the rain and not having something to wrap the dripping portable shelter.

If you have worries about figuring out how to use it,fear not, most of these machines provide helpful visual aids.

However, all those measures didn't seem to help this particular machine from being misunderstood.

As you can see, there was a very prominent how-to right above the bags.

So either people didn't pay attention, or they just couldn't be bothered.
