The TENG Ensemble has, for about 10 years now, been quite a well-loved Singaporean band with a unique fusion sound comprising Western and Chinese musical instruments.

They've done stuff like:

A medley of Adele's songs:

A compilation of Chinese period show theme songs:

This nice rendition of "Ave Maria" for Christmas, with a really impressive tenor adding vocals:

And this ditty you might remember from your childhood:

They've also done collaborations with local artistes, like Inch Chua, and this Teresa Teng song that everyone knows, with Benjamin Kheng of the Sam Willows:

'>Now, they've returned with another great medley of 12 Disney films, complete with themed props and mood light filters.

The films and their songs featured include:

Snow White, "Someday My Prince Will Come"

Cinderella, "So This Is Love"

Sleeping Beauty, "Once Upon A Dream"

The Little Mermaid, "Part of Your World"

Beauty and the Beast, "Beauty and the Beast (Tale As Old As Time)"

Aladdin, "A Whole New World"

Pocahontas, "Colours of the Wind"

Mulan, "Reflection"

The Princess and the Frog, "Almost There"

Tangled, "When Will My Life Begin"

Brave, "Touch The Sky"

Frozen, "Let It Go"

Making traditional Chinese instruments cool again.
