The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has issued a public advisory warning about a fake ICA website that is phishing for passport and visa reference numbers.

The fake website URL is www.singapore-epass.com/login.html (pictured above).

The layout of the site looks exactly like the real ICA website with the ICA logo and the official lion head symbol.

Members of the public are advised to use only the official ICA website at www.ica.gov.sg for all informational and transactional needs concerning ICA matters.

The ICA also said access to the official ICA website remains unaffected and no data has been compromised.

A police report has been made as ICA takes a serious view of such fake websites as they undermine public trust in their system and processes.

ICA also said they will work to bring down the website and will continue to monitor them.
