Footballing giants Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan will be in Singapore to play in the International Champions Cup (ICC) held at the Singapore Sports Hub in July.
The ICC has previously been held in the U.S., China, and Australia as a pre-season tournament for some of the biggest clubs in world football, including Real Madrid, Manchester United, Liverpool, and AC Milan.
Currently, Chelsea and Bayern Munich hold ten-point leads at the top of their respective football leagues, while Inter Milan is fifth in the Italian Serie A.
Singapore will be the first and only Southeast Asian venue to host the tournament for the next four years, in a deal signed by the Singapore Tourism Board and Catalyst Media Group on Thursday (Mar. 16), according to Channel News Asia.
Tickets for the tournament will be available from March 30, and the match schedules are as follows:
July 25 - Chelsea vs Bayern Munich
July 27 - Bayern Munich vs Inter Milan
July 29 - Chelsea vc Inter Milan
