The 60-year-old CNN host was here most likely to film an episode for Parts Unknown, where Season 9 of the series is set to air in spring 2017.

Bourdain had 545 Whampoa Prawn Noodles, a stall run by a 32-year-old finance-graduate-turned-third-generation hawker Li Ruifang.

The stall closes after lunch as Li starts her day at 2am preparing the ingredients for the day.
