Needless to say, bullying, or beating up a helpless person is wrong.
But if you do lack that basic human courtesy, at least don't film you, and your fellow bullies, laughing while you assault someone.
Some people obviously didn't get the memo from the previous high-profile filmed encounter of a fight.
Facebook user, Soniya Raj, uploaded this video of a bullying incident.
Judging by the boy's uniform and the Facebook post, the incident appeared to have taken place at ITE College East.
Someone call the police.
