Pentel S'pore looking to start over again with better grammar

Erase the past.

These days, it is no longer easy trying to sell stationery.

Not only must your product stand out and perhaps work well, you need good grammar and learn how to deal with social media.

And Pentel Singapore learnt it the hard way.

On Feb. 18, they put up a grammatically-challenged Facebook post that was met with savage responses:

On Feb. 20, they put up an apology:

And by Feb. 21, it looks as though they have hired a new social media manager:

But hey, bad publicity is still publicity. Here's to selling more erasers successfully.
