If you like matcha, tiramisu or anything remotely related to desserts, this is something you want to look out for.

Japanese Restaurant Maccha House Singapore will be bringing in the "Uji Maccha Tiramisu" from their flagship store in Kyoto, Japan on March 1, 2017.

What sets this tiramisu apart is that it's made with a matcha-infused sponge cake, topped off with creamy mascarpone cheese and matcha powder.

The matcha isn't any sort of green tea powder either. It's Morihan matcha, a reputable tea company with over 170 years of history in Japan.

The dessert gained popularity as it was featured on a show with the famous J-pop group Arashi, where one of the members of the idol group tried and loved the dessert.

Instagrammers in Japan have been raving about how appetising the dessert looked in real life as on TV:

Look at all that cheese breaking through the layer of matcha:

One can probably expect long queues for the exclusive dessert. But waiting for the hype to die down isn't going to be a viable option, as this is only available from March 1 to 31, 2017.

Furthermore, it will only be available at the Maccha House outlet at Orchard Central.

Or you can go straight to Kyoto to taste it?

You decide.
