Baller alert.

Breaking news: North Korea has apparently moved its embassy from 60 Joo Chiat Lane to 1 North Bridge Road's High Street Centre building.

Old office. Old office.

New office. New office.

Even more breaking news: There was a North Korean embassy in Singapore???

Yup, North Korea has an embassy in Singapore, and established diplomatic relations with us since the 1970s.

Fun fact, if you're a Singaporean citizen, you can travel to North Korea for 30 days without a visa, a privilege extended to only two countries (the other being Malaysia).

New office

But back to the issue at hand, new office!

The news report was published by NK News, which is an American subscription-based website that provides news and analysis about North Korea established in 2011 and headquartered in Washington, D.C.

3 things we noticed from these office shots

1. Panoramic shots are awesome.

2. The sofas look incredibly uncomfortable.

3. Homagawd that view!

And that view does not come cheap. Rental in downtown Singapore cannot be afforded by any Tom, Dick or Harry, or in this case, Kim, Hyeon or Chihun.

The rental for an office area there costs between S$2,000 to S$17,000 a month.

Baller.
