Yes, Lim is the "We Are Against Pink Dot" group member who, in response to a post about alleged MNC intervention into Singapore politics (relating to their support and sponsorship for the pro-LGBT Pink Dot event), posted the following comment:

He was charged about two weeks later with communicating an incitement to violence, which triggered great sympathy and discontent among We Are Against Pink Dot.

According to a report from The Straits Times, though, Lim had his charge, which put him in the running for a five-year stay in jail and a fine, reduced to making a threatening, abusive or insulting communication under the new Protection from Harassment Act.

He pleaded guilty to that, and was eventually slapped with a $3,500 fine, out of a maximum $5,000.

His lawyer also reportedly pointed out the following:

"He has had his career, reputation and livelihood irretrievably tarnished by this event."

As far as we know, he's still employed by Canon though.
