A video was uploaded on Facebook page 狮城大马联闻 (loosely translated to Singapore-Malaysia News) depicting a dispute between a woman and an elderly man.

The woman slapped the elderly man in the video.

The video gained over 8,000 shares and 200,000 views within three hours of its upload.

The uploader gave one version of what happened:

《新加坡》这位神经病女人欺负老人家就算了还打人！在新加坡踩脚踏车是很平常的事，这个女人就是不爽他铃两声！就推倒老人家不给他走。。。

(Translation: (Singapore) Aside from bullying the elderly man, this crazy woman even hit him! People riding bicycles are commonplace in Singapore; this woman was unhappy he rang the bell twice

From the poor audio in the video, the woman could be heard saying that the elderly man had hit her with the bicycle. She also repeatedly taunted him to fight her. She also claimed to have just come out of prison.

After a few taunts, she slapped the elderly man.
