Year-end in Singapore means the arrival of the monsoon season -- and it's been pouring non-stop for the past few days.

Whether you were outside or indoors, you would have felt the temperature drop in our currently not-so-sunny island.

This is all nothing new to Singaporeans, who readily embrace the cooler climate and winds in exchange for the heat that we are used to.

Many Singaporeans take full advantage of the cooler weather, layering on sweaters and jackets for the perfect "sweater weather" look.

Another thing that Singaporeans get to do in this weather?

Act like it's winter. Because this is the closest it gets (and also because 23 degrees out there really makes us feel cold #forreal).
