Guns N’ Roses will be playing in Bangkok next February as well as part of their Not In This Lifetime Tour.

They made the unprecedented announcement about the date and location on their official Facebook page:

This is good news for fans in Singapore as not everyone in the region will be flocking here and snapping up tickets in a jiffy.

Previously, LAMC, the concert promoter for the Singapore show, said the band “will not be performing in nearby countries” and the only other Asian concerts on the tour announced so far are in Japan.

For the Singapore show, the band is playing on Feb. 25 at the Changi Exhibition Centre.

Tickets for OCBC Cardmembers go on sale from Friday (Oct. 14) at 10am to Sunday (Oct. 16) 11.59pm through Sistic (www.sistic.com.sg, call 6348-5555 or any Sistic’s authorised agents).

Public ticket sales start on Monday (Oct. 17) at 10am through Sistic.

General tickets cost S$199, S$298 and S$568 each, while VIP packages cost S$1,038, S$1,393 and S$2,063.

The Bangkok concert will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 28. The venue and ticket prices have yet to be announced.

Founder Axl Rose along with original members Slash and Duff McKagan have been selling out venues across the USA on the first leg of their world tour since earlier this year.
