Woman keeps watch as paint splashed, sashays down HDB corridor to escape

Times are okay when you get to allegedly commit crime in a dress.

A pair of women were caught on camera along a HDB corridor carrying out an activity typically reserved for loanshark runners, oblivious to being filmed.

A video of their deed was shared on Facebook on June 21, 2016.

One of the women chained up the gate to a HDB flat and splashed paint on the door, while another woman in a dress kept watch.

They took less than 20 seconds to complete their deed. The woman in the dress sashayed down the corridor to escape even as her accomplice made a run for it more tactically ahead of her.

The woman who kept watch did not conceal her face, while her accomplice who carried out the deed tried to wrap a cloth to hide her features.

It is not known at which location the video was taken or if the duo have been arrested.

The police were subsequently seen in the video cutting open the chain to the gate.
