This is what happens when you have people who are not schooled in the ways of the Basic and Advanced Theory Test take to the roads on machines that grant them speed.

They are a menace on pedestrian pavements as well as a menace to themselves when on the road.

Kudos to the driver, who had the turn arrow in his favour, who was alert enough to slam on his brakes - and greater tragedy averted with the riders looking all right as they got right back up.

Not sure if the driver's repair bill will be covered by the two on the bike though.
