Nikon S'pore responds to photoshopped airplane boo-boo, urges 'everyone to keep the imagination alive'

They believe they made the Chinatown ladder famous.

After blowing up the Internet by awarding a photoshopped picture a prize, Nikon Singapore Facebook page has put up a statement addressing everyone's gripe/ concern/ sarcasm/ wit:

In addition to starting their statement with corporate speak, Nikon apologised for the oversight on their part and said they are revisiting the contest’s rules and regulations.

Also, they are urging for the crowdsourced photoshopped images to not stop, as they believe they have made the Chinatown ladder famous and it keeps everyone's imagination alive.

Whether Nikon Singapore is able to turn this epic faux pas around is really besides the point.
