We have run out of superlatives to describe this crop of Team Singapore athletes.

Medal Standings (Day 4)

Here is the record breaking feat in numbers:

1. Team Singapore has beaten the 1993 haul of 50 golds.

2. Team Singapore has led in the medal standings for 6 consecutive days, even before the SEA Games Opening Ceremony.

3. Table-tennis achieved 6 golds, just one shy of its 7 gold record in 2007.

4. Wushu achieved 6 golds, just one shy of its 7 gold record in 1993.

5. The Swim team has achieved 15 golds, surpassing 1993 haul of 13 golds and last SEA Games (2011) gold haul of 11 golds.
