Is this really some mystery find in a southern S'pore pre-WWII bunker or a clever product placement?

These days, it's really hard to tell.

In what appears to be a tribute to The Blair Witch Project, a blog post put up by a Singapore buff claims to have stumbled upon a pre-World War II bunker in the southern part of Singapore.

What he found inside is eyebrow-raising: An undisturbed crate (with Tiger beer logo) full of vintage stuff such as a vinyl record, newspaper clippings and photographs, as well as a Kodak Brownie camera, perhaps from the 1950s/ 60s era.

And get this: There is even a can of unopened Tiger beer from god knows when.

You can check out the images and words on the blog here.

Or his shaky handheld video recording:

Unfortunately, the blog post is short on details. There is no mention of where exactly is this pre-WWII bunker located and there is a lack of information documenting and describing the find other than some photos.

Is the crate full of stuff a time capsule of sorts? How far did he have to wander to find the bunker?

Is this a product placement by Tiger beer?

Anyone care to share more?
