While not all bosses are like those from Horrible Bosses, deep down, we all know that there are still evil out there.

So the labour movement announced last month that they will be lobbying to create a set of tripartite guidelines for workplace harassment and eventually bring some form of recourse for employees.

However, some of us, being nice people and all, might not be able to discern between harassment and a stupid boss.

Here are 10 harassment tactics we think bosses love to use.

1. Stalks you

Not just physically...

But also on social media. Notice how the boss always knows what your cat had for dinner the previous night? That's a sure sign.

2. Embarrasses you in front of your colleagues

And then later says: "Where is your sense of humour?"

3. Breathes down your neck. Literally.

No, not all guys enjoy this. Please understand.

4. Dresses inappropriately when with you

Or the lack of clothing.

5.  Sends you really bo liao messages

A sure sign of infatuation we say. Especially if the messages come at 3am.

6. Asks you to report strength like your wife/husband/girlfriend/ boyfriend

Expects you to reply when you don't respond to the bo liao messages.

7. Orders you to buy coffee from Jurong when you stay in Pasir Ris

We all know the travails of going to the west, don't we? If this is not harassment, we don't know what is.

8. Plays footsie

Now, if it's in the toilet, you better record it and send it the authorities. Serious.

9. Gives you only 30 seconds for every toilet break

Die die must finish your business fast.

10. And finally starts giving you that face when you reach the office every morning

Don't quit. File a report against your boss. Know your rights.
