Channel News Asia draws massive flak for QZ8501 Facebook posting

Channel News Asia posted this on their Facebook page at about 9am on Dec. 29, 2014, one day after AirAsia flight QZ8501 disappeared:

QZ8501-CNA-FB

However, it apparently caused confusion -- due to its snappiness and the assumption that the news never reports on flights that land safely -- as readers initially thought it referred to the missing QZ8501 from yesterday.

This led CNA to revise their post a few times, as evident from the post's edit history:

The morally outraged responded with characteristic candour:

QZ8501-CNA-FB-response

It remains to be seen how long can people continue to accuse CNA of cheating their feelings.
