Sports Hub's etiquette posters are cute, but also show that S'poreans can't save themselves from each other

What would Singaporeans do without someone telling them how to behave?

The Singapore Sports Hub is gearing up to host the AFF Suzuki Cup and it's been years since we've had a stadium that packs a crowd of over 50,000 people.

So it comes as no surprise that crowd control measures are put in place to save Singaporeans from themselves when they are in a sea of kiasu and under happy people.

Personally, I think the folks at the Singapore Sports Hub are trying their best to make sure everyone has a fun time and stays safe.

It's inevitable to have some form of fallout being in a huge crowd - like being squeezed in a sea of sweaty bodies or have someone knocking you with their camera.

Check out the posters below:

The only thing I do not agree with - not  allowing personal water bottles. Singapore's a hot and humid place, squeezing with a packed stadium is only going to make you thirstier.

Are they afraid of some form of explosive or acid attack? Perhaps they can allow empty personal bottles and let people fill them up in the toilets or something.

I am 100% behind the no-selfie stick rule. Watch the game. You can get someone to take your photo after the game. Crazy Instagrammers.

Full terms and conditions of visiting the stadium can be found here.
