Rub your hands with glee, fellow Singaporeans. Soon you will have the power to shoot arrows to the Municipal Services Office (MSO) via an app.

As reported in The Straits Times (Sept. 22, 2014), Singaporeans will have the power to report municipal problems directly to MSO. No date has been set for the launch of said app. However, the MSO will start operations on Oct. 1, 2014, so anytime after that is a safe bet.

Borne out of a discarded fishball stick that was stuck in no man's land, the idea of a MSO was first mooted by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the National Day Rally in August. The purpose of the MSO is to focus on the delivery of municipal services and improve coordination between government agencies, making it almost like a one-stop shop for Singaporeans to complain give their valuable feedback.

Grace Fu, Minister at Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Foreign Affairs, has been arrowed appointed by PM Lee to oversee the MSO.

What should be the name of this app? How about calling it the Sai Kang Warrior app?
