Who knew Singaporeans' Gen-Y childhoods were so similar to the Americans'?

If you were surfing the internet as a Gen-Y kid, Chrome and Firefox did not exist yet. We either used Netscape or Internet Explorer and did our web searches on Alta Vista or Yahoo. We'd also curse and swear when someone tried to call us on the telephone because that would cut our internet. Check out this video by Microsoft which tugs at the nostalgia heart string of those who lived through the awesome 90s - and had to use IE.
