It was on the moo-ve.

A video of a cow and a calf on the moo-ve as they were ferried on the back of a lorry in Singapore has been making the rounds online.

Some viewers who saw the video had a beef with it, as they were concerned the animals might fall off.

Not that their concerns were not valid.

The Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) of Singapore said cattle should be secured by a short tether to the vehicle and accompanied by a handler.

However, not all media outlets were quick to report on this udder-ly breathtaking scene, as it appears only English broadsheet The Straits Times and its sister publication Stomp covered it in a bid to milk it for all it's worth.

It remains to be seen whether the cow transporter will be cowed to take more safety precautions now that the authorities have spoken.

AVA had said they will speak to the farm about this incident.
