Last Thursday, Transport Minister Lui Tuck Yew said that he was 'disappointed' over the train disruptions during a meeting with the SMRT senior management.
He asked SMRT to provide an update next week on its investigations and the remedial actions to be taken.
In other words, we have about a week to practice the reactions below before the next MRT breakdown.
